Unique hotel, welcoming stuff. Exceptionally comfortable beds and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe. Large bathroom with a tub. Favourable location, just a pleasant stroll away from Virumaa Museums. Simply no complaints, such great stay.

The location was good, it was in the middle of the town. There where an electronic key card, a work desk, and satellite TV in the rooms, which made them spotless and absolutely perfect.

This hotel is in a perfect location, close to the center, and our room was exceptionally clean and well-designed with a Fresco bar and balcony access.

The staff here were friendly and the location, just a 10-15 minute walk from the central square, was fantastic.

This hotel is in a fantastic spot with Barbican House close by, and the friendly staff, along with the ideal guest room and delicious food, made for a wonderful stay.

We recently stayed at Aqva Hotel & Spa for a relaxing getaway weekend with our family, and we were impressed with the child-friendly amenities and convenient location. The playroom next to the breakfast area made it easy to keep our toddler entertained, and the direct connection from the rooms to the spa area was a convenient feature. We loved being able to take a stroll in the city during the day and quickly return to the hotel without any hassle. The swim area had plenty of free swim gear for children, eliminating the need to bring our own. The sauna area and various pools provided relaxation options for everyone in the family.

Despite the positive aspects, there were a few drawbacks. The lack of temperature control in the room was an issue, as it was set at a permanent 26.5 degrees Celsius, which was too hot for our family.

The hotel is made up of multiple buildings connected by a bridge, and we stayed in a new and spacious room. The cleanliness was impressive, with everything we needed provided. The large balcony was a nice touch, and the breakfast selection exceeded expectations. The spa facilities were top-notch, with something for everyone. Perfect for a relaxing getaway.
